Radiation affects the tissues as well as the healing after surgery. Give your breasts time to heal and settle (6months to a year) and then you may consider doing corrective procedures. The options will vary but there are options to improve things.

Hi, I'm very sorry to hear about your injury. These procedures can be challenging and difficult, time is your friend and yo should let nerves and muscles recover prior to a 2nd surgery. However some of the changes you describe may need a revision surgery. Make sure you go to someone who has a lot of experience in cranio or maxillofacial reconstruction.

These dynamic (scrunching) lines that you describe may be part of your glabellar (area between your eyes) muscles; I would have to see pictures (or video) to evaluate the area; there are procedures that can improve the area; a consultation is key. You should communicate your concerns to your parents as you would need their consent.

Don't be discouraged, tuberous breast deformities can be hard to correct depending on the degree of deformit. 2 years is an adequate amount of time to allow the tissues to heal and decrease risk of having issues with the nipples during a revisionary surgery. The op report can be requested from your original surgeon. No you do not necessarily need to live with your current breasts. Bottom line is you need a second opinion to guide you through this process; dont be afraid to get a 3rd opinion either.
