I'm 36 years old. I have 4 fibroids on left breast, my breasts are sagging because of breast feeding. I want do a breast augmentation with fat transfer. Is it safe that I do that procedure with the fibroids?

This may be a stupid question but can you have a breast lift while still breastfeeding? I have a 4 month old and plan to breastfeed for a couple of years but I really want to have my breasts lifted asap.

My implants are 15 years old. I would like to have them exchanged for a smaller size. My surgeon has suggested deflating my implants prior to exchange. What can I expect? How long do I have to wait to exercise?
