The decision to have an augmentation is a personal one and should only be made by you and no one else. If you ask surgeons, they will ALL tell you that you can certainly have this done but whether to have it or not should be based on your needs and goals. If you want to be larger, then you really have no alternative than to have this procedure... but there is nothing natural about it, it could impact your ability to fully breast feed if you have children, and it comes with risks, both short term and long term. You have a nice B (shape and look) that you say you love... can you love it until you're done having children and your breasts have shrunk down or do you need it now for your own personal reasons?

Second breast lifts can certainly be done but its imperative you release your records to whomever you choose to see as your surgeon will need to know how your blood supply to your nipple was designed. So things can be made better but in general, its always nice to work with your original surgeon as there are usually financial perks to minimize the costs the second time around.

Photos would be beneficial for more objective comments but nothing beats having an exam where the area of concern can be evaluated to determine if your concerns are fluid, fat, or muscle as each has a different way to manage. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon and see what options are presented to you as your surgeon should share the same desire for the best outcome possible as you are walking advertising.

It really depends on your surgeon and the techniques used in your procedure. But most people can return to work at 6 weeks without restrictions. In my practice, primarily a submuscular practice, I allow my patients to start resuming activities as tolerated at 3 weeks post-op and to start slowly and work their way back to what they could do without thought or reservation. Ideally, you should have your surgeon's blessing and I'm sorry he doesn't seem interested in managing post-op issues and questions but he will be the one responsible for managing any post-op problems so you should clear it with him.
