After you discuss your concerns with your mom, see if she is willing to allow you to see a board certified plastic surgeon for an evaluation and objective assessment of your concerns. In general, unless your situation was at an extreme, most surgeons would not intervene at this time. So on the assumption that you may not be as bad as you think, no surgery should be done. As for going off to college, please do not use that as some deadline that something has to be done as being imperfect is completely human. But if your situation is at an extreme, your surgeon should have some options for you to consider.

With relatively acute changes in your breasts with aged silicone implants, its time to see a plastic surgeon for an evaluation and recommendations on what you have to consider. Removal of your implants and capsule can help considerably with your breast characteristics and also to ensure that something else is not happening. With symptoms, its possible that your situation could be covered by insurance but only your surgeon can help you with that. Best wishes at getting this resolved.

I'm sorry to hear of your highly qualified surgeon minimizing your concerns. Patients have a right to everything that was done in their procedure, including products used in preparation. Skin should not peel from such preps and if you skin is peeling as it is, you can consider seeing a Dermatologist for possible solutions since your not getting any help from your surgeon.

My health history is 3 pregnancies (2002,2006,2014), breast reduction 2008, and gastric bypass surgery 2012 resulting in 140lb weight loss. What is recommended for breast augmentation in my case? When using larger implants 600cc HP under the muscle what is needed for this to be a successful surgery?

Your surgical history must carefully be reviewed during a face to face consultation where your expectations can be matched to what realistically can be accomplished. Breast position as well as determining if you desire a fake look are all very important in the decision process. But beyond the implant, its possible a lift may be needed and you should make sure your fold is not lowered at all for fear you will end up with low positioned mounds that will be awfully hard to correct. And its also possible a 'mastectomy/reconstruction' could be best at producing the outcome you want. So schedule your consultation, make sure your surgeon listens to your goals, allow your surgeon to examine the areas of concern, and let him/her present to you options from which you can choose.
