I am a board certified plastic surgeon in private practice in West Hollywood/Beverly Hills since 2004. I specialized in breast and body contouring surgical procedures. Some of the most common procedures I perform include: breast augmentation, revision of breast implants, breast lifts, breast reductions, tummy tucks, liposuction, mommy makeovers, Brazilian buttock lifts and fat transfers.

It could be capsular contracture, or scar tissue around the implant. You would likely need a corrective surgery in the operating room- but consult with your surgeon for a more detailed exam.

Most likely you would benefit from a breast reduction to alleviate the pain in your back and chest. An exam in person would determine the best approach or submitting photos for a virtual consultation. A “J” cup is quite large and would likely require an anchor type pattern of breast reduction.
