Perhaps a resurfacing laser treatment would be more effective for you that fractionated lasers. A facelift will elevate and reshape the face in ways that skin tightening procedures do not, so your best answer might be both. The laser peel could be done around the mouth and eyes at the same time as the facelift.

The type of concern that you have would require an in-person examination to see what options if any make sense for you. There are nonsurgical treatments such as radiofrequency but the effects are variable and never as significant as a surgical result.

If you don't want your breasts to be larger, then augmentation would not necessarily be part of the solution. Perhaps an areolar reduction similar to a Benelli or donut lift would work. An in-person exam is the only way to answer your question so I would suggest that you contact an ASAPS member plastic surgeon in your area..

You would need to see your plastic surgeon for a definitive answer to your question, and it would obviously be best to do this right away. With a capsulectomy for contracture and thinning of the tissue over the implant as you describe, use of an acellular dermal matrix such as Strattice or Alloderm might be considered to add coverage and provide some protection against recurrence of the contracture.
