Yes it is possible to reduce only one breast. The cost will vary depending on a number of factors. Make sure you see a board certified plastic surgeon.

It may be possible to replace implants under the muscle for a more natural look, but that would depend on your specific situation. Silicone gel implants may feel more natural than saline, and choosing the right size based on your anatomy will make a big difference too. Sometimes the result can be improved with fat grafting for more coverage.

Can I have liposuction of the upper abdomen during a full tummy tuck with hernia repair?

Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) should include defatting of the upper abdomen if necessary, and this can be done either with liposuction or by direct excision during the procedure.

Is it possible or even safe to have a tumescent liposuction procedure of the flanks right before going under general anesthesia for tummy tuck? I am referring to tumescent formula that will contain lidocaine in it.

Tumescent technique or a variation called "superwet" is commonly done for liposuction in conjunction with a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty.) Even if the entire procedure is done under general anesthesia, there would still be infusion of a solution with lidocaine for the liposuction area.
