I am a 30 yr old with 38h cup. I work in a high volume automotive production plant doing manual labour, including heavy lifting, extensive reaching, and heavy pushing/pulling and am planning on a reduction. Most answers I've seen regarding how long to take off of work don't answer that question in…

After breast reduction, for patients who perform manual labor, it's best in my experience to take 3 weeks off.
I am 34 year old mom of 4. I just lost 60 pounds in the last 6 months. I am getting a mommy makeover in March. I have saline implants 360cc already, got them in 2004. In the past 3 weeks I have been having severe pain in my chest in my right breast that radiates into my back and ribs. Hurts to…

If you are getting your surgery in March (meaning 1 week from now), then you will need to contact your surgeon to help you figure out what's going on BEFORE your surgery.
I had a chin implant put in just over 9 years ago and I woke up in the middle of the night in severe pain on one side of my implant. It feels irritated and has a small amount of movement. I haven't done anything out of the ordinary to cause this irritation which is why it is very confusing to me. I…

It's not common for chin implants to become so painful out of the blue, so it's reasonable to be concerned. If you have no fever, it's not an emergency, but I would recommend you seek another board-certified plastic surgeon in your area and visit them. If you can't, visiting the hospital ER is a reasonable last option, since most ERs can at least call someone in to look at things or make arrangements for referring you where you would be taken care of.
I'm 23 years old 5'9 and I wear a 38 H bra. I want to go to at least a C cup. My question is how much would a surgeon be able to remove from my breast with one surgery and would it be covered?

It's impossible to answer your question without measuring and examining your breasts (I'm afraid cup sizes are not how surgeons measure breasts, since they are not accurate or reproducible). Based on your information, it's quite likely you would be covered if you meet your insurance plan's criteria (which include more than just breast size).
