There are many things going on here, unfortunately! There are medications like lopidine that can correct drooping lids after Botox. Scarring and burns need attention of either a BOARD certified plastic surgeon, who specializes in eyelid surgery OR an occuloplastic surgeon.

If you like your surgeon, you should schedule a visit with him and discuss this concern with him. Make sure you understand and are comfortable with what you are told. You can also get a real second opinion, not an unofficial one from a friend relaying what another surgeon said without examine you.

As far as the stent issue, you need to discuss this with the physician who placed it, pr sumably a vascular surgeon. Leg swelling and a stent can be a serious issue that would make elective aesthetic surgery too risky. The protruding belly button may be from post feeding distinction that can be related to diet and how your GI tract responds to it. A nutritionist might assist you with this.

No matter what you do, you should meet criteria for a breast reduction! Schedule a consult with a BOARD CERTIFIED PLASTIC SURGEON who specializes in breast reductions. You need to jump through all the hoops your insurance carrier requires, or get another one!
