Hello - I would suggest that you go to a plastic surgeon as soon as possible. At a minimum, the time spent may reduce your anxiety. It would also allow a Board Certified plastic surgeon the opportunity to see your concerns. If you have pictures of how you looked prior to surgery, bring them with you.

Hello, I understand your concern. Ice will not provide lasting relief if you have a real problem. As a former dentist, a dental abces may be a part of the differential diagnosis. So, having your tooth evaluated would be a good first step. An X-ray of your tooth and clinical exam will provide helpful information. If your tooth is OK, then seeking a consultation from a new plastic surgeon would be the next step.

Thank you for your question. Having a child is a special and potentially stressful situation. Most understand your concern that with pregnancy, your breasts will enlarge and the additional breast volume provided by your implants is unwanted. As suggested by Dr. Glickson, an in-office deflation may be the least invasive procedure now. If a surgical removal, implant removal is necessary in your mind, doing it in your third trimester is something to consider.

I was born with abnormally muscular arms. Being a female this has made me insecure to the point, where I hardly ever go out. I was wondering if a fat transfer to my arms would be possible. The only problem I think a surgeon might face is the skin around my arm is quite taught and not elastic.

Hello, I understand why having a perceived, abnormal muscular arms may make you feel self-conscious. However, I do not understand how receiving fat grafts to you arms may make them look thinner - better? There is a lot of information that is missing to provide you the best possible answer. At a minimum, seeing the actual "problem" would be helpful. It is possible to inject fat into one's arms. My suggestion is that you seek a consultation with a Board Certified plastic surgeon that can cover all of the important factors regarding your concerns and possible solutions.
