Thank you for asking. BMI alone is hard to make a pure decision on candidacy for an abdominoplasty. Body shape, overall health and goals are also important factors. Having a stable weight is important too. See a local board certified plastic surgeon who can assess and guide you. Best wishes!

I’m quite tall at 6ft and my build is wide but I’m not overweight. I’m a DDD and I feel like my breasts look awkward. Could I get a reduction or would they say that I don’t need one?

Thank you for asking. A breast reduction needs to be evaluated in person by a board certified plastic surgeon. Some reductions are cosmetic and others are not. The weight and size removed can be influenced by the patient’s goals. See your local PS. Best wishes!

I have had one child and have lost approx. 20+ pounds. I have loose skin on the abdomen. I am wanting to know if liposuction and skin removal is an option. I never had a flat stomach even at my lowest weight. So I'm not concerned with that.

Thank you for asking. This sounds like an abdominoplasty with or without plication of the muscle. Your goals and future family planning can influence the right plan for you. Liposuction alone may be enough. Skin removal can always be added if needed. See your local board certified plastic surgeon. Best wishes!
