Losing Weight after a Reduction

I am having breast reduction surgery next week, I had twins 8 months ago and still have 25-30 pounds of baby weight I am determined to get off after my surgery. Will I go down even more in breast size? I should mention at my thinnest, I was still very chesty.

Losing weight after a reduction will impact your size depending on how much weight you lose and where the weight comes off of you. Ideally, if you wished to have the most durable outcomes, you would be at your weight you plan to maintain with your normal activities and diet. Regardless, you will be smaller and perkier so that is something you can take to the bank.

Nipple reduction surgery

How much is a nipple reduction surgery cost on one side (one side of my nipple is way longer than the other side due to breastfeeding)? Will the surgery involve cutting the milk duct?

Costs vary wildly from place to place but is just a simple amputation, it could be done in my office for less than $500.

Will Breast Augmentation affect breastfeeding?

I had breast augmentation 16 years ago. The surgeon went through my areola. I had to have the right breast redone due to capsular contracture shortly after having the implants done. So I'm sure that the right breast has more damage to the nerves around the areola and more scar tissue in the breast…

Nipple incisions will adversely impact your ability to breast feed. And if you weren't successful before, it is doubtful you will be able to this time around. Yet, you can hope for the best and be prepared for bottle feeding but at least give it a go and see if something may have happened that allows you to at least partially experience breast feeding. If you find its very frustrating and impacting your psyche, its not worth pushing this.

Two different sized implants

I have two different sized implants and I am not sure which is in which side. I have my paperwork from the hospital and it says that my left has 405 and my right has 375. Is that my right or my surgeons right?

When implants are labeled right and left, it is always to your right and left. The difference in your implants is rather small and won't be easily detected visually.
