I had a breast augmentation in August 2019. My left breast is round and looks how a breast should look. However my right breast is not round at the bottom and takes on a slanted shape at the bottom. If you have concerns about your results and your surgeon is not helping you appreciate why it is that way, its time to post photos on sites such as this and get opinions from the surgeons... or you can invest in a second opinion to see what the problem is and how best to rectify it.

Can I do breast lift and correction of inverted nipple at the same time?

Absolutely but the technique to evert your nipple could compromise the nipple if the blood supply is iffy after the lift portion of the procedure. Best to ask your chosen surgeon with his/her comfort with doing a nipple eversion procedure at the same time as your lift as the last thing we want to do is to compromise your nipple where it could be lost.

What image are you trying to portray to others around you? From your stats and implant size, its presumed that your are quite generous as you are and unless it was an easy fit, I would not increase your size myself as I do not wish for my patients to look bizarre. Yes there are exceptions to this rule but when implants that large are placed in someone of your height, it will produce an abnormal appearance.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this and even more sorry about how its been prolonged. I hope your surgeon is not a board certified plastic surgeon but as Dr. Pfeifer said, it sounds like a good time to get a second opinion from a board certified plastic surgeon for other, more expeditious ways of management.
