Introduction
Dr. Moelleken specializes in cosmetic surgery of the face, and is known for the superficial cheeklift operation, a surgery to rejuvenate the lower eye and cheek area. After liposuction people wear shape wear corsets to help skin tightening. Does it work while losing weight too?

Wearing a corset can't help you lose weight, but if it makes the exercise process more tolerable, it may be a great idea! Particularly for tummy tuck patients, they find that prior to their tummy tucks, they often need corsets or Spanx to retain their abdominal layer. After their tummy tucks, of course, this is no longer required.

Sorry to hear about your experience! When laser resurfacing is performed, it is always important to perform the treatment conservatively, as deep resurfacing can cause loss of valuable dermal tissue and thin the skin. On the whole, however, laser treatments are highly beneficial to the patient's skin. I've noticed in many patients who have had aggressive fractional laser resurfacing that fully ablative carbon dioxide laser treatments performed conservatively can help with pore size. Definitely consult with a plastic surgeon who lives and breathes laser treatments; hopefully you will find some relief!

Correction of snoopy breasts is a technical procedure usually requiring a breast and nipple lift and selection of implants with a base diameter that fits underneath the patients breasts. Make sure your prospective surgeon is comfortable with this correction and realistic about your size wishes.

I'd like to know if procedures like suture silhouette can be used to improve acne scars? When I push my skin with my fingers, my scars fade... silhouette is not too deep like a facelift, so, it can be used for this?

Rolling acne scars do indeed benefit from tightening. We have not seen adequate results with silhouette sutures. However, we have seen better results with skin tightening procedures such as the CO2 laser and facelifts in appropriate patients.
