This is a breast reduction case performed on a 67-year-old woman, 164 lbs, who presented wearing an F+ bra size. 340 grams was resected each from the right breast and left breast.
At just 20 years old, this patient experienced neck, back, and shoulder pain caused by large, heavy breasts. These photographs were taken less than 2 months after surgery.
