Hello! I had breast augmentation 3 weeks ago.
In the second week I see that one of my breasts is bigger than other. Is that normal?
My second question is - are my breasts going to get bigger in the bottom after they drop and fluff?
If the breasts were symmetrical immediately following your surgery and now one is larger than the other, then there is likely a fluid accumulation around one of the the implants. This could be either serum or blood. If the breast is under tension or continues to enlarge, then your doctor may have to deal with it surgically. If not, the fluid will likely resorb and the breasts will become similar. However, there is an increased chance of a capsular contracture in the affected breast if the fluid were blood.

In January, my boyfriend (145lb) put his deadweight on my back while I laid on my chest. It was stupid, but I didn't think anything would happen. A few days later, I noticed a strange "edge" on the side of my left breast. Fast forward a month, on and off shooting pains in each breast, an MRI showing a collection of peri-implant fluid in the left breast, and the surgeon who originally did my implants refusing to see anything wrong despite this edge was NEVER there before, I have no answers. For example, it almost looks like there's about a 2 inch difference in placement of the implant compared to the right side, where no edge can be seen or felt. Pressing on the implant creates a slow rising bubble. "Minor Rupture" was a possibility by the MRI.
I requested to have the peri-implant fluid drained, but i was told nobody can do that. Feeling so lost - plastic surgeon told me they need PROOF of displacement or damage to offer replacement of the implant.
The likelihood of your 145lb boyfriend's dead weight being place on your back causing an implant rupture, or even a capsule tear is minimal...unless maybe he jumped on you. The "edge" and the "on and off" shooting pains are not uncommon, especially in a subglandular breast augmentation. There is really no such thing as a "minor rupture." An implant is ruptured, or not ruptured. Although MRI is the most sensitive radiologic study for identifying a damaged breast implant, maybe an ultrasound can help support or allay your concerns. Your surgeon might also want to speak to the radiologist that read the MRI for a more specific diagnosis. If damaged, the implant should be removed. Good luck!

It's hard to answer this w/o an in person consult. Having said that, is the issue on the mastectomy side ? Were both breasts removed and reconstructed ? 6 months is not all that long depending on what was done. My suggestion is to return to your surgeon for an in depth conversation.
