i have lost 6 stone and would like a brachioplasty. It looks awful but feels comfortable. My biggest fear is that it will be tight after the initial swelling has gone down and won't feel natural like it does now?

Congratulations on your weight loss! I understand your concerns about how you will feel after a brachioplasty (arm lift). Though the results do look quite firm, your arms will not feel tight once you have fully recovered. In fact, they won’t feel different from how they feel right now, except that you won’t have any hanging skin. Brachioplasty is one of my favorite procedures because of the great results and immediate benefit of the procedure. I wish you the best of luck in your continued weight loss and body contouring journey!
