Liposuction - Ask a Surgeon

Hi, I am a 17 year old female, soon to be 18. I’ve been considered with the appearance of my nipples. Ever since I went onto 17 my areoles have risen up to my nipples so it looks like puffed up and one big nipple. I have gained some weight since this has happened and I’m not sure if that’s the cause and I need to loose the weight to get it back to ‘normal’ because it hasn’t looked like this before. But also when I’m cold or my nipple is under cold compress, it looks perfectly fine, so I’m not sure what to do. Thank you

I would also like a fat transfer breast augmentation and lift, can these procedures be done at the same time as whatever else I need for the legs?

I am getting liposuction on my arms. I’m concerned that I will have loose skin and need go back for another procedure to correct this. So my question is:
Is it possible to have lipo of the arms and an arm lift at the same, to avoid having another procedure done?

If so, what would be the average recovery time?
