Our patient presented with a history of submuscular breast implants and desired implant removal with a more natural breast contour using her own tissue. After discussing her goals, we proceeded with implant removal, removing 380cc moderate plus smooth round implants. Fat transfer to the breasts was performed to restore soft, natural volume and shape. She is healing beautifully and is very pleased with her natural, refreshed results.
