Our patient presented with a history of saline breast implants placed in 1993. She desired a breast implant exchange with an increase in implant size to achieve fuller, more youthful breast contours. After discussing her goals, we decided together on a bilateral implant exchange with inferior capsulectomies to optimize implant position and shape. Her previous saline-filled implants, filled to approximately 345 mL, were removed and replaced with Motiva RSD 475 mL implants bilaterally. She has healed beautifully and is very pleased with her fuller, refreshed results.
