This is a 33 y/o female who complained of having small breasts after her pregnancies. Before pregnancy she wore a B or C cup bra. During pregnancy she wore a D cup bra. Following her pregnancies, she wore a 34A bra. She wanted to have to have a natural fuller look to her breasts, that would not impair her exercising and would be proportionate with her body - a full B or small C cup bra. She underwent a bilateral augmentation mammaplasty with 295cc silicone implants. Three months post-operatively she wears a 34B or a 32C bra and is very happy with her results
