Breast reduction on lactating, weaned, mother
Asked 2017-10-29
I need a breast reduction in a certain amount of time. I have my one and only chance to get one. However, I still have just a drop of milk discharge, 3 months post breastfeeding. Will the surgeon still perform the surgery? Would you be able to see the milk in the breast tissue during the surgery? What are the risks?

Once you have stopped lactating, you can proceed with the procedure. That will certainly depend on the opinion of the operating surgeon.
If you have generally returned to baseline I don't see a problem with doing the breast reduction.
You would need to check with you Plastic Surgeon of course.
