It's hard to make recommendations without pictures. Be patient with your doctor and discuss your options. You may need a steroid injection and massage if you have a nodule.

After coolsculpting most of the changes that occur happen during the first 3 months. After 5 months in my opinion it should be ok to harvest fat from there.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with healing after your surgery. Continue following your surgeons recommendations, you may need a revision in the future but for now you have to be patient and wait for healing to occur.

Honestly without a picture or physical exam I cannot give a recommendation. Talk to your plastic surgeon and provide a clear timeline of the procedures done and what type (laser lipo, vaser lipo, etc.)
