Our patient presented with concerns of facial aging, including jowling, cheek descent, and overall skin laxity. She had previously undergone a blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty and was now seeking more comprehensive facial rejuvenation. After discussing her goals, we proceeded with a deep plane facelift and neck lift to restore youthful contours and definition. Fat transfer to the face was performed to enhance volume and soften facial hollowing, along with a TCA chemical peel to improve overall skin quality and texture. She has healed beautifully and is very pleased with her refreshed, natural-looking results.
