27 year old female who desired correction of her prominent ears. She had a very poorly formed antihelical fold, as well as anteriorly displaced earlobes and prominent conchal cartilage. She was treated with an otoplasty, which included creation of a much better antihelical fold, as well as setback ("pinning") of the earlobes and conchal cartilages.
