Our patient presented with a history of bilateral macromastia and desired a breast reduction to improve comfort and achieve a more proportionate breast size. After discussing her goals, we proceeded with a bilateral breast reduction, removing approximately 250 grams from each breast. She has healed beautifully and is very pleased with her results and improved daily comfort.
