Our patient had a history of 10 year old breast implants with a rupture and capsular contracture on the left side. After discussing her goals, we decided on an implant exchange with a breast lift, and internal bra support. We exchanged her silicone 350cc implants for Motiva round gel, demi projection, 425cc implants. We also did a full capsulectomy on the side of her contracture. Since surgery, she has healed beautifully and is loving her results!
