Our patient presented with a history of significant weight loss and prior breast reduction, followed by additional weight loss that resulted in breast deflation. She desired restoration of fullness as well as refinement of her previous breast lift scars. After discussing her goals, we decided together on a bilateral augmentation with secondary mastopexy, including removal of the residual areolar tissue along the vertical scars to improve breast shape and appearance. Motiva RSM 310cc implants were placed in the submuscular plane, and GalaFLEX internal bra mesh was used to provide additional support and help maintain long-term implant position. She has healed beautifully and is thrilled with her restored volume and refreshed breast contour.
