Our patient desired fuller breasts along with improved contour of her abdomen, waist, and chest. After discussing her goals, we decided together on a breast augmentation with Motiva demi Ergonomix implants placed in the subfascial plane, using 340cc on the right and 360cc on the left, with internal bra support. To complete her overall contour, she also underwent lateral chest, flank, and waist liposuction along with an abdominoplasty and repair of the separation of her abdominal muscles. A total of 500 mL liposuction, and 2,093 grams of abdominal skin and tissue was removed. She is thrilled with her fuller breast shape and more defined overall silhouette.
