Case #127126

Clinical Case 2 – Breast Augmentation Surgery

A young female patient with minimal breast volume (mammary hypoplasia) underwent bilateral breast augmentation. The procedure involved placement of 295 cc extra-high profile smooth Silimed implants in a submuscular plane to improve projection and contour. Surgery was performed under regional anesthesia with catheter, with a total surgical time of 55 minutes and no complications. Postoperatively, the patient presented moderate pain, managed with gentle arm mobilization, Indiba therapy, and manual lymphatic drainage to reduce inflammation. Follow-up showed good evolution without complications. The patient achieved a significant increase in breast volume with a full contour and reported high satisfaction with favorable recovery.
