58 y.o female with Bilateral Arm Lift

This is an arm lift case performed on a 58-year-old female patient weighing 160 lbs. The before photo shows loose, hanging skin along the inner upper arm. The after photo, taken 15 months post-op, shows the upper arm with that excess skin removed and the contour of the arm noticeably tighter from the axilla down toward the elbow.
