This is a 45y/o female who complained of her breasts being too low and heavy and having excess abdominal skin that hung over her C-section scar. She had lost 51 lbs with Mounjaro over the previous year. She wore a 34DD bra, M in tops and 8 in pants. She underwent a breast augmentation approximately 20 years ago and she wanted her implants removed and her breasts lifted. Six months following bilateral breast implant removal, mastopexy and abdominoplasty, she is wearing a 34C bra, and a 6 in pants. The implants removed were McGhan 300cc saline implants, the right weighed 348g and the left weighed 312g. A total of 74g of tissue was removed from the right breast and 110g was removed from the left breast. She is very happy with her results.
