This young woman is 3 months postop following a Skinny BBL with liposuction of the lower back and love handles. Since the patient did not have much fat, extra effort was taken to "snatch" the waist to accentuate her hourglass figure, and significant liposuction was also performed in the lower back to make the buttocks appear more prominent from the side view.
