Endoscopic brow lift
I had an endoscopic brow lift and on one side there is a bump that extends from just past the hairline onto the skin of my forehead. How should this be corrected? The Endotine did not dissolve as it did on the other side.
Thank you for your question and sharing your concern. Endoscopic brow lift using the endotine device is a very powerful procedure and the endotines can dissolve at different rates from side to side. It is best to have regular follow up visits with your surgeon to monitor the area and develop a observation and treatment plan that is individualized to your specific recovery. Best wishes on a great result!
Thanks for informing about the Endotine. Your question is difficult to answer without knowing how long after surgery you are, but in general, these devices can take months to "dissolve" and it would not be uncommon for one side to take a little longer than the other. You should check back with your surgeon for a more definitive evaluation.
