Is there any non-surgical treatment available to remove a small puff under the eye?
I have had three under eye surgeries to remove bags. There is still a small puff that the surgeon told me that he could not remove. It doesn't look right. Is there anything that can be done instead of surgery to eliminate the small puff that is still under the eye?
Your options are limited unfortunately because additional surgery carries a much higher chance of ending up with the same problem or potentially making it worse. My suggestion to you would be to try the so-called "liquid facelift" approach which is simply adding small amounts of volume of a filler such as Restylane, Juvederm or Voluma (longer lasting). The concept is not to flatten the hill, but to fill the valley next to the hill, so it is less noticeable. Be sure you to do your homework and find a physician experienced in working in this area.
Available non-surgical treatments for puffy under eyes are temporary. Fillers can be used to camouflage the deformities. A new "makeup" called neotensil is pretty amazing at correcting the undereyes and lasts for 24 hours. This is only available at doctor's offices.
Non-Surgical Removal Treatment For Lower Eyelid Fullness - There are no good eyelid removal treatments other than an operative procedure. One can camouflage some early fullness with hyaluronic acid filler like Restylane in the tear troughs. If you have true puffiness in the lower eyelid this should be removed by performing a Blepharoplasty procedure.
