Breast Reduction without nipples being moved?

An examination would most likely be required to answer your question. Many patients with large breasts have sagging of the breast or breast ptosis. A lift is usually performed as part of the breast reduction to place the nipple in a more proportioned/appealing position. I not sure if you meant without removing the nipples and replacing as a graft. Unless you only want a reduction in breast tissue and the skin not tightened, the nipples would stay were they are and your breast would most likely hang or sag even more. After a consultation with a plastic surgeon, you would able to find out if the nipple and areola can be relocated to a lifted position by keeping them still attached thereby most like preserving sensation.
