Lower Eye Lid Surgery with a Bubble?
Asked 2014-08-26
I recently had lower eye lid surgery and there is a bump at the end of one eye where the stitch ended. The doctor called it a bubble and said it would go away. My question is: What causes a bubble and will it go away?

Procedure(s)
What you are describing most likely is a raised area of the incision? Scars that are elevated will usually flatten out & produce line scars. Scars that are flat can sometimes separate producing a dent. This is more common on the trunk & extremities.
