How long is the recovery time and when can I return to work after a breast reduction?

As a RN, you should be checked for MRSA before your surgery with a nasal swab/culture. Next, remember, you are going to have a Breast Reduction once in your life. Do not be in a great hurry to get back to work. Anticipate a leave of at least 3 to 4 weeks.
