One breast larger after a year
Asked 2018-12-05
Hello! I had my breast augmentation in November 2017. Everything was good until yesterday, when I noticed that one of my breasts is larger than the other. No pain or other symptoms, just larger. Maybe it's somehow connected with my menstruation which came very early this month!?

You are probably correct. Breast asymetry can be common especially during menstruation. However, if the larger breasts persists or increases in size seek out evaluation by your surgeon. Best,

When a year out and you have an obvious change in breast size that doesn't resolve on its own over a few days from first appreciating it requires that you see your surgeon for an exam and for answers to what may be occurring. If the size difference is progressive, even more urgent to see your surgeon.
