Mammogram horror

I have had saline implants for 7 years and never had mammogram. When I did finally agree to one the technician popped my capsule on first time putting it in machine. I am in pain all the time and no one will help me.. Should the hospital be responsible? They knew I had implants yet still put way to much pressure even after I screamed stop from the pain. Any advice would be appreciated, Thank you.
