Who can use Aesthetic One?
Aesthetic One is available to board-certified plastic surgeons practicing in the United States. Once your account is activated, you may invite staff members to support the use of the platform.
How do I sign up?
You can register at: https://aestheticone.org/app/register. Activation typically takes 1–2 business days.
Do I need to sign any agreements?
Yes. All users must sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and a Terms of Service Agreement. These agreements are presented during your initial login after account activation.

Can my staff help with implant registration?
Yes. Once your account is activated, you may grant access to staff through the platform. Access permissions can be updated as needed.

What is Aesthetic One?
Aesthetic One is a secure, HIPAA-compliant digital platform designed to streamline breast implant registration and provide patients with ongoing access to their implant information.
Why should I use Aesthetic One?

Is there a cost to use Aesthetic One?
No. Aesthetic One is available at no cost to eligible physicians and their staff.
Is the platform HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. The platform is designed to comply with HIPAA requirements for the secure handling and transmission of protected health information.
Patient Access
Can patients access their implant data?
Yes. Patients are provided with secure, ongoing access to their breast implant records once the information has been shared with them through the platform.
Can Aesthetic One be used with all my patients?
While the platform is optimized for breast implant patients, physicians may use its general features with other patients at their discretion.
Implant Registration
Which manufacturers can I register with?
Aesthetic One supports registration of breast implants from major U.S. manufacturers, including Allergan, Mentor, Sientra, and others.
How does the registration process work?
The platform allows you to capture implant and patient information and submit registration details to manufacturers through a secure process.
What is an implant ID record?
Patients receive a digital record that includes implant identifiers and related procedural information. This record can be accessed securely at any time.

Who developed Aesthetic One?
Aesthetic One was developed by The Aesthetic Society to support the mission of ARISE (The American Registry for Breast Implant Surveillance) and advance breast implant safety and transparency across the profession.
