We are excited to offer a 1-year fellowship for aesthetic and cosmetic surgery of the breast, body, and face. This is a robust practice with variety of case load in San Diego, CA. Fellows will be given appropriate increasing levels of responsibility with supervision, with eventual target of running an independent fellow clinic and cases the second half of the year. With patient permission, fellows are welcome to utilize before and after photos for cases performed during the course of the year for their own portfolio. Clinical research during the year is also encouraged, with stipend for attending the annual Aesthetic Meeting. No call or hospital cases required.

Emphasis will also be placed on learning to run a successful private practice with a fully accredited OR. Fellows will have an opportunity to engage in all aspects of business operations, including practice management, financial stewardship, managing a high functioning team, and involvement with practice and marketing meetings where operational decisions are made.

Fellows must have or obtain a California State Medical License and independent malpractice prior to fellowship start date. Must be board-eligible by start date to apply. Start and end date are flexible. Interested applicants should submit a letter of interest, curriculum vitae, and a letter of recommendation no later than January 1. Interviews will be conducted virtually prior to formal selection. This is a paid fellowship with 401k match.
