Description

Now that you have finished your plastic surgery residency, you have the opportunity to expand, enhance and refine your skills as a plastic surgeon through an American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) endorsed aesthetic surgery fellowship program. The Advanced Cosmetic Surgery (ACS) Fellowship offers a very busy and comprehensive, hands-on experience in the full spectrum of aesthetic medicine that will help accelerate your success in the aesthetic surgery field. Founded over 20 years ago by Dr. Thomas McFadden, ACS has grown into a premier destination for cosmetic surgery and aesthetic innovation. In 2019, Dr. Peter Felice joined the practice, bringing his expertise and shared commitment to excellence in patient care. Both surgeons are board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, members of the American Society of Plastic Surgery and ASAPS, and are passionate about mentoring the next generation of aesthetic leaders. In addition, we have five aesthetic injectors and two aestheticians on staff as well as the full range of light therapy machines to gain exposure to a more rounded surgical and non-surgical aesthetic experience.

Located in beautiful and dynamic Greenville, South Carolina, which has a very favorable cost of living, excellent schools and outdoor activities, and community environment, our practice provides fellows with an immersive training environment that seamlessly integrates surgical and non-surgical aesthetic care. Fellows work side-by-side with our dynamic team of nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, and licensed aestheticians, gaining insight into a truly collaborative model of care.

Our fellowship delivers a comprehensive education in aesthetic surgery from head to toe. Through direct mentorship and hands-on experience in our fully accredited Ambulatory Surgery Center, fellows refine their skills in facial, breast, and body procedures. They actively participate in consultations, treatment planning, operative procedures, and post-operative care. Additionally, fellows gain critical exposure to cutting-edge non-surgical techniques, including injectables, lasers, and energy-based devices, a GLP-1 clinic, which are essential tools in today’s aesthetic practice. Our goal is to teach you the nuances of successful management in a variety of patient presentations for maximum results. The training can be tailored to your interests and goals.

The ACS Fellowship is more than a year of training—it’s a career-launching experience designed to build surgical confidence, aesthetic, communication and business expertise, especially business efficiency and effectiveness, and long-term success in the dynamic field of cosmetic medicine. We are proud to offer this opportunity to you.
